The Certificate in International Operations is a 100 % online programme offered in French and/or English and comprising four courses allowing you to become an Expert in International Operations.

Working to resolve challenges in real business scenarios by applying the latest international management thinking, you will learn how to use key tools and techniques such as Operations Management in Global Companies, Strategy, International Project Management and Digital Transformation. In this way, you will acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to lead, communicate and negotiate in a global setting.

Objectives

1 To identify the complexity of operations in companies with a global implementation, analyzing the keys to implementing systems that provide solutions for business objectives and customer satisfaction
