Tina Oreski is an Assistant Professor of Finance at ESCP Business School.
Her research focuses on empirical corporate finance, with a particular emphasis on how firms' financing and investment decisions—such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and initial public offerings (IPO)—are influenced by product market competition. Her work has been presented at leading finance conferences, including the American Finance Association and the European Finance Association.

She obtained her PhD in Finance from the Swiss Finance Institute and was a visiting scholar at Boston College.
